Return & Refund Policy

At Arabian Souq, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Used items or items damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
